DVOIDX APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY Thank you for booking with Dvoidx. Every appointment is intentionally scheduled to provide a luxury, detailed, and professional experience. Please review all policies before booking. BOOKING & DEPOSITS • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits go toward your final balance. • Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your appointment time. • Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. • Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • One reschedule may be allowed if done within the proper notice period. NO CALL / NO SHOW • Failure to show up without communication will result in being charged 100% of the service total. • Future appointments may require full payment upfront or booking approval. LATE POLICY • A 20 minute grace period is allowed. • After the grace period, your appointment may be canceled, shortened, or subject to an additional late fee. • Please communicate if you are running late. HAIR PREPARATION • Hair must be clean, dry, and properly prepared unless a shampoo service is included. • Excessively tangled hair, product buildup, or improper preparation may result in additional fees. GUEST POLICY • No extra guests unless approved beforehand. • To maintain a calm and focused environment, children not receiving services should not attend appointments. RESPECT & PROFESSIONALISM Dvoidx values professionalism, mutual respect, and positive energy. Disrespectful behavior, excessive lateness, or repeated policy violations may result in refusal of future services. By booking an appointment with Dvoidx, you agree to all policies listed above.
